Terms of Order and Delivery

All products are ordered via the online store. Upon placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

We accept the following payment methods: online banking payments, card payments, and any other payment methods indicated in the online store.

We deliver orders via Posti or another courier service. Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days from order processing. Delivery costs are indicated at checkout before confirming the order.

We deliver products to Finland and other EU countries.

The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with consumer protection law. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Ownership of the order transfers to the customer when it has been handed over to the shipping company for delivery.
