Returns and Complaints
The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, starting from the receipt of the product. The right of return applies to unused products in their original condition.
The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs, unless otherwise specifically agreed. Returns must be notified in advance by email, after which we will provide return instructions.
If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order or product description, the customer has the right to file a complaint. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. In case of defects, the product may be exchanged, repaired, or refunded depending on the situation.
